Well after ordering in Dec as soon as the engine was able to be ordered in a 3500 Laramie, it arrived at the dealership March 20th.
It was born on Jan 31st in the 11th hour weighing 7,122lbs(?) It spent it's early life sitting in a warm lot for 4 weeks with it's siblings before grabbing a rail car and heading to the great white north, Canada that is. Anyway here's some pics, guess I'll have to change my signature now, lol. I was lucky enough that I even got to drive it off of the truck, how cool is that!!
All available options except nav radio and center console and I deleted the dual wheels and cab lights.
I even lined it up with my trailer just for a shot to see how they would look together.

Well after doing a quick check I brought it home tonight and it works quite well with the 4:10 gears. I prefer driving a 3:73 truck as it doesn't feel as it is shifting as often but at 100km/hr(63 mph) it's only revving at about 1750 RPM, and at 120 km/hr(approx 75mph) it's revving at about 2100 RPM. I can live with the shifting as I am sure it will work well pulling my 5th wheel. Boy does the exhaust brake work well with the 4:10's. Oh and it will burn the tires in 1st and into 2nd from a start. :)

Nice! I'm liking the white trucks more and more. Think my next one will be white as well. Why'd you delete the clearance lights? Want other drivers to think you got a 1500 when you race'em at the lights with that bad ass 6.7L? :D
And ya, I wish I was able to drive my truck off the trailer.

Just wanted to clean it up a little. If I didn't delete the duals I think I would have left them on, actually maybe you can't delete them on a duallie??

Keep your spirits up, it will be worth the wait. They were all shipped to hold initially. I believe they had to flash update the controllers to cure a software glitch with the particulate filter algorithms.

thanks man. Well hopefully they get the flash update all sorted out and they plan to ship it out soon...
since first talkin to the dealer which was about 4 weeks ago i have put over 6,000 miles my current Ram, i hope it doesn't hurt the trade in value since it now has over 100K...

My recommendations for ASAP Mods... What I wish I did right away...
Rear wheel well inserts..
If you are going to use em, Mud flaps to stop the paint chips..
Engine block heater cord (I think your truck might have it already because you're in Canada). I ended up putting mine in on a 15 degree day because I forgot to get one.. LOL

5th wheel hitch then the wheel well liners, then chrome fuel filler door and chrome exhaust tip. I will wait on the box rails till I have pulled my trailer, need to make sure I will have the required clearance. I may put body colored fender flares on but can't decide if they will look ok with stock tires, and i can't go too big on tires and have the trailer not line up properly. Mud flaps will be on for sure, nice chrome Ram's head ones! I picked up my chrome Ram Head hitch receiver cover already. :)
Thanks for all the comments guys, the only bad thing about it is making the payments. :)

Does it have a filter towards the exhaust tip? I noticed the new twin turbo PSD's have them as part of the reduction in particulate matter.

There is a resonator back there, but I think the 5.9's have it as well, gets rid of some droning in the cab as I have had some customers change there exhaust only to have to add one back later. This refers the Mega Cabs

This I want to see. I don't think thats possible on the 07s yet with all that emissions crap and sensors on the exhaust system.

Clearance lights on the roof, outer fenders and the 3 in the middle at the back are all law for duallies because of the width. I have heard of guys getting tickets in their duallies when they take their tailgate off and put a 5th wheel cutout tailgate on. Its the DOT guys that go after stuff like that. Regular cops don't even know the law when it comes to that kinda stuff.

It could be an 07 with the 5.9. The 6.7s have only been on dealers lots for the past month, and many dealers still dont have any.

That's an awesome machine ... a real beauty ! An indeed, white is damn nice ... especially it matches your rig ! Am sure you're one proud owner !
Really glad that 6.7 are finally arriving !
I'll be trading up to a CTD later this summer as well, probably during the fall time frame. I'm planning to go for a 6.7 3500 Mega as well, single rear wheels, but with a 3:73 ratio though. Am as well interested in the optional exhaust brake ... but it will depend how much they want for that ? As for cargo lights, I think I'll get them.
Am surprise you didn't get that, since you are pulling a rather large 5th wheel ? Listen, a few years ago, down in the Ottawa area, one individual had bought himself a new CTD 3500 Series for his 5th wheel. Right after he got his truck, him and his wife were both leaving for a trip to the States, but when to reach the Border, they didn't let him through, mentionning that he needed cargo lights on his truck ... as his fifth wheel was too big !? Well, he had to park is trailer somewhere close to the Border (parking ground), left his family there, he drove back to the dealer, and got them to install cargo lights at the dealership ! I can't image seeing the poor guy, having to watch someone drill holes right into his brand new truck ... thinking ... they better not F<blank> it up ! BTW, factory install would of cost him around $100, but he ended up paying close to $350 (parts + labour + need it now). I don't have a 5th wheel, so I can't say if that's a fact ? Do you know anything about this ... I'm pretty sure we, in Canada, don't have any restrictions on 5th wheel height with cargo lights .. I think ?
Anyway ... food for thought ! But it doesn't matter ... you have a really nice truck ! Man you'll have a lot of heads turning your way !!!
