Hi. I'm new here. I had a question but I'm not sure if I am in the right place. I will ask anyway. I have a 99 Plymouth Breeze Expresso. There seems to be a problem with my fan switch. Is this common. What is does is it will NOT blow on the first 3 settings. It will only blow on high. This is very irratating and was looking to see if this was a common problem. There is a resistor the steps the power down for the 3 lower speeds. I know on the 2001+ stratus/sebring sedans its becoming a common problem. Send me a PM and I can tell you where to go to get the info needed to fix that.

My limited electrical experience make it sound like a bad resistor to me. I've never had this problem with the fan in my car, but typically fan motor speeds are controlled this way. Hope this helps.
