Hi,
I'd like to ask your opinions on several items relating to rustproofing, well before the warm weather rolls in..
Would anyone have any idea what the material is that Dodge put under the floor pan of the B series vans? The stuff seems to be immortal - 30 years and still going strong.
Once I get up to full steam this spring, I'll go over the bare metal on my suspension parts with phosphoric acid, but then comes the big question, -what ever to paint with?
Has anyone here tried any of the Rust Bullet products?

It seems to have several good things going for it; right out of the can it's already sprayable consistency and has a long cure time, so it has lots of time to penetrate, and it reacts with moisture as part of it's cure process, so it would automatically dessicate and bind up any hidden moisture still present, unlike the deadly rubberized undercoatings.
They claim to outperform POR-15, so my ears perked up enough to read through their website. They look legit to me. Has anyone had any experience to the contrary?
I'm thinking particularly of trying their black version coating on my suspension parts.
What do you think??
