What are the dealers giving for the Grand Caravans, should i expect under blue book value. I have a 99 GC SE

They are going to throw the book out and start talking about auction sales.
If you can be patient enough and aren't dependent on it, it would be better to sell it yourself.
If you are like 90% of us, that isn't gonna be the case.

Its been my experience that trade-in value generally depends on condition of trade-in and what you plan to buy. I traded a cherry 99 GC Sport with 52K with our local Dodge dealer last fall and they gave me 7,000 but didn't discount as much as I wanted from the 06 Caravan SXT I bought. You can't expect a good deal unless there are several dealers within driving distance to play off of each other.
