Screws for 98 Caravan side mirror

I feel like an idiot but I busted the passenger side mirror on my car. I bought a replacement part ( the entire part, not just the mirror section). When I went to put the new mirror on I was having a little trouble fitting it back in place. I had three screws. Two go to connect the bottom of the mirror to the car and there is one that goes on the inside left side of the mirror. I ended up dropping the two bottom screws somewhere in the car. When the mirror is removed there is a hole where you can look down into the car area that is behind the front right tire. Somewhere in there are my two screws. I can't find any way to get down there without taking the quarter panel off which I am not really sure how to do. Does anyone know where I can buy these particular screws or what they are called? I tried to buy some at Home Depot but the threading was different and it wouldn't work. Any thought?

I'm guessing that the bolts are metric thread. Did you try a telescoping magnet to remove the bolts from the hole? Hope you find replacements and good luck with your project.
