1991 Dodge Caravan Turn Signal Flasher

My turn signals have stopped working and I think my flasher has gone bad. Where is it located, I want to replace it to see if it is definitely the problem.

Had similar problem on my 94 caravan, flashers and hazard light stop working. For me it was the wiring to my trailer lights that was shorting the 2 fuses (one under the hood {located on the driver side** and they other one under the steering wheel) I change both fuse and all is find. Hope it helps
