At 95k I decided to change the plugs. The recommended interval for my 2002 EX is 100k. A couple of the plugs looked OK but a couple looked poor. I recommend changing at 80K - 85K. I replaced with bosch II. I just put them in and it is running well.

Waiting until 100K is just asking for trouble. If they aren't seized in the heads by then, the gap is probably 1/4" wide by 100K. 80K is a great time to change them. You'll pay for them with just the increase in gas mileage. That last 20K is a killer on performance and MPG.
