There is a spark but no start?

Neon '95, 90.000 miles on it, engine won't start. A week ago engine started only if it was cold now it's not starting at all. There is a spark, engine is cranking fine but won't start. Any Ideas? I'm thinking of a fuel system going bad at some point. How can I check if there is a fuel?

I would say its deff. not getting fuel and i THINK you can unscrew the end cap on your fuel rail and see if the injectors are gettin fuel
