What seems to be the problem with the car? If the PCM is bad it may not even start! Maybe call autozone and ask them if they can check it. If not then the Dodge Shop may be able too.
Need a little more info!! What year car,what transmission,model ect. A good Idea of what the car is doing would also be nice! Who knows maybe one of us can tell you what to look at, if we know what it's doing. It may not even be the PCM!

It died while driving, wouldn't start,turns over real well,didn't hear fuel pump when key was turned. put in new fuel pump, everything is still the same. Tried to get code but no engine light. Its a 96 sohc with 206,000 miles plus some more, speedo doesn't always work.Tested relays for fuel pump, no power at terminal 86 with key on, so my assumtion is pcm is bad. Any ideas?

Sounds like your fuel pump fuse. It's a 20amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. This circuit also powers the pcm, which of course is what will give you a check engine light.
If the fuse is blown, the car won't start and of course no check engine light.
