They are pretty if you are going for looks but hoodoo's right, they will hurt your engines performance. Make sure they are a 5x100 wheel and I think the 215's are too big for a neon but I may be wrong about that - go read ACR's post on wheels to know for sure.

What you are going for with your car is the deciding factor. Look's or Go. I personally believe both are good. I'm planning on buying wheels and tires in the spring and I will probably come to a compromise on "Looks or Go." 14's are too small for my bodykit but 18's will suck every bit of life out of my car (so I'm told) so I will probably go with a 15 or 16 - probably the 16. To make up for the wheels I'm going to have to go with that longtube header to help regain some ground and maybe Hoodoo will go on holiday to Alaska and help me do some cam/head work after he's done with his car. lol I'll show you what a white Christmas looks like mate! :D

I'd love to go to Alaska. I have been to Switzerland and all around there and loved the mountains and snow.
I still gotta do my car yet! No guarantees with my mechanical knowledge that the engine will go boom! lol
Actually Im modifying a Chrysler 8 hpoutboard at the moment for my racing hydroplane I built. My father and I have bored out the intake and exhaust ports, getting the cylinder head decked 20 thou and have removed the 40 thou head gasket, I have also ported out the carby manifold and were trying to find a bigger carby. Its also running ngk spark plugs and sports conductor bosch cables. Original power rating was 8 hp at 5000 rpm. Were hoping for 7500 - 8000 rpm and to hit around 15hp. It will be running out race octane 2 stroke with a rating of 98 octane! lol. Gunna be a weapon if we can get it started with the higher compression! We will see how that goes before I work on my car! lol

Good Luck on the WEAPON of mass destruction Hoodoo!! I still think Im gonna see you on real tv one day!

Anyways back to the question. The 205 40's are almost to wide but they will fit.I doubt they would fit with even a 205 45 and I seriously doubt they fit with a 205 50.
The 16's I ran for a couple of weeks were a 205 50 16 and there was no room for anything bigger. Good luck!
