Injector problem with 2005 Caravan 3.3

I have a 2005 Caravan with the 3.3, I have an intermitent problem with injectors 2 and 3 loosing the pulse signal. It will run fine for about 30 seconds after you start then it will run rough. I have established that all injectors are working fine by swapping them. The problem always remains on cylinders 2 and 3. Compression checks out fine. All injectors have the 12 volts and only #2 and #3 loose the pulsed ground needed to run. Any help regarding this problem would be much appreciated. The code I extracted from the computer is P2305 ignition coil (b secondary circuit) however I have found that the spark is okay at each cylinder.
