Check your ground wires. Check the ground wires for your headlights and fogs both. Since you had front end damage. If they are loose even a bit it will cause your car to do all kinds of crazy things, I know - been there.

the dome light doesnt come on
the radio doesnt come on... there is no damaged wires in the front end... i think the radio killed the car...

What specifically did you fix to get it started again?

i changes all thirty-two fuses... then tested them... the radiator was replaces hood grille blinkers and two headlight bulbs... i honestly dont think the accident had anything to do with the problem. the car always ran

sounds like something positive is touching the frame, causing the car to hit the grounds maybe and wont let it start! either that or ur grounds aernt good enough ne more? batterys till in stock location>? check all wires from the windshield forward!

Would PCM failure cause the problem? I don't know where the PCM is on 1 gen. neons but on the 2nd gen. it's bolted to the back side of the front bumper on the drivers side right next to the radiator and fan assembly. If its in the same place as the 2 gen. neons did damage occur to your PCM when you had front end damage? I don't have an answer to this, maybe someone else does.

the pcm on the 1st gens is on the drivers side wheel well.... next to the fender so dont think thats the problem!

my friend with his 98 dodge neon r/t had a similar problem he said, he said that wires were grounding out on the back side of the head above the exhaust manifold... he said they rubbed tell the coating over the wiring was gone and it was grounding out.... he said he couldnt get it started but would turn over like urs but sometimes would happen right when he was driving it would rub and kill his fuel pump... no garuntee's this is ur problem but check the wiring around the drivers side by the head!

sound like one of my problems. i found the problem in the fuse block behind the batter, and the power and gound wires the the radio. all i did is run new power wires to the radio and it has not done it since. (95 neon sohc 2.0)

Well if all your fuses are good, then start with the basics. Fuel and spark.

Does the CEL come on? Have you checked the codes?
