I have an 01 Caravan SE 2.4L. I've noticed some spots on the driveway that turned out to some clear fluid. The fluid smells awful- like garbage! Anyone know what's leaking?

Ok here's a simple test that you might want to try (but defintely have the brakes and brake lines checked for leaks) -If the fluid ends up not being brake fluid.
Get yourself a fairly large piece of cardboard and park on top of it (needs to be completely under where you think the leak is coming from) and let the van sit overnight. Next morning pull off the cardboard and have a look at where the leaks are. Might be helpful to mark the position of the wheels and such.

It could be condensation dripping from the heater core/ A/C condenser that tends to smell awful (stagnant water)

I checked the brake fluid and the level is ok. It's been a fair amount of fluid that has come out from under what seems to be the engine area- or at least between the front tires. I've had that famous problem with the passenger floorboards getting wet from AC condensation- where is this drain tube located that I can check?
Thx all! :)

Its on the passenger side usually near where the A/C lines enter the firewall and below them.

most likely condensation but not knowing where you are..... what the temp is at your location, are you running a/c? if not, it may be trapped liquid in the evap slowly dripping out.... which means if its trapped there who knows how long it could get nasty.

UPDATE:
The van is starting to overheat, but the coolant level is fine.
Also, I'm in Arizona, but it's been cool and wet (for here) lately. It's been rain on and off, and temps in the 50's-60's. When I had said it leaked "some" fluid, it turned out to be a pretty fair amount since it started, leaving a small pool in the driveway.
I'm getting the feeling I'm going to be looking for a good price for a water pump soon...
Thanks as always!

Ill go with power steering fluid... Where is it at in relation to the veh when it hits the ground?

The fluid hits the ground just inside the right front tire.
