Heating/V-belt Problem '96 Caravan

Hi,

About 6 weeks ago, there was a loud squeeling noise from under the hood.
According to the garage it was the clutch, so they replaced my compressor.
After 2 weeks, the problem was back and the compressor was leaking. They fixed it for me.

Yesterday, the V-belt started slipping again. It's not squeeling yet, and only slipped when I drove 65 miles with my heat on 2...

I hope someone can give me some information on this. So I can go to the garage again.

More than likely you have a belt tensioner issue which is causing addition strain on your A/C clutch. Had to replace one a year or so ago on my mother-in-laws Caravan.
