last sat. my friend and i went car window shopping, test drove a 350z, rx8, lancer evo 8, svt cobra, and then we went to the Dodge dealer ship they have a cross fire and a srt-4 they wouldn't let us test drive. they wanted 25k for the srt-4 and get this 42k for the cross fire. i haven't driven any new dodges really, but the awd turbo lancer was pretty bad ass, along with the all the other cars. any body driven or own the srt 4 or the cross fire just wondering if there keeping up with everybody. dealer mark ups (gouging) is a bunch of bs

No mark ups on the SRT-4's in my area....they are all in the 19995- 20000 range. I have yet to drive one but my bestfriend went out on a day like you did and just drove the evo and the SRT-4 and he like the SRT-4 better.

How did you like the SVT Cobra? Pretty bad ass right? 390hp 390lb.ft of torque with the 6-spd makes for a pretty nasty factory car that runs high 12's right out of the box.
