1992 Caravan every thing works great, recently noticed a clicking sound that appears to be coming from under the dash only when brakes applied. No pulse in the brake peddle, Does not pull or shimming. the slightest pressure on the brake pad to activate the brake lights and the clicking starts and stays on untill speed reduced to about 20 mph. Possible relay going bad?? If so?? WHICH, WHAT AND WHERE?? would be greatly appreciated.
As I mentioned earlier every thing works, lights, brakes, 20 mpg even the e-brake which is factory! LOL.

THANK You for any input to the clicking.

Sound like you may have a broken (cracked) tone wheel on one the the front drive shafts. The wheel speed sensor uses this to read wheel speed for the abs.

I will check the Tone Wheel this week. Thanks.

Sense I last posted did brake job replaced rotors and pads every thing looked good in their and if I push a little harder the clicking sound disappears the clicking sounds like it is under or behind radio in dash, like a relay and when abs light comes the clicking stops. I was told relay is out under hood but sounds like its under dash still all good when using brakes. lol just clicking real annoying!
