2005 GC Code P0700

Okay well first off I have a 2005 Grand Caravan and my check engine light came on. Well I took it to Autozone for the free scan and they said it was P0700 Transmission control module malfunction. So what do I do from here? We are going to get the transmisson fluid and filter changed and take it from there. Does anyone have any suggestions? Oh and also we had to it to the dealer twice before because when we would put it in the reverse or drive and begin to take off it would click. They told us it was the characteristics of the van. Might this noise have something to do with this?

You'll have to take it to the dealer , it is still under warranty I assume . P0700 is generaic just means a DTC has been set in the powertrain control module , need to get that scanned for the other codes.

Thank you. No its not under warranty it has 40k miles on it. We are taking it to a dealer Monday!
