On my 2001 grand caravan, the passenger side sliding door lock started acting funny and not always opening and now it has quit entirely. The wierd thing is that trying to pull the lock up with my hand doesn't work either, there is some resistance holding it. Do I need a power lock actuator or something? I just want to be able to open it again. Thanks for any suggestions.
