I have the truck ('67) now even though it is still at my friend's house till the weekend. By the way, it is 8 lug. I am trying to hook up the tail lights as this box is one he had and we just put it on. So, as you might imagine there is no wires connected. Does anyone know what goes where? Do you have to ground the box to the frame? Something tells me yes. Should I get a Chiltons? Would it be very helpful? Thanks,Scott

I would suggest going on Ebay and finding an original factory service book. This book will have the correct diagrams.

Try your library- mine has on line dodge chassi engine wiring diagrams etc on lots of models at:
nelson municipal library [ do search]
type in P00002100 to access data base
good luck
I am still trying to get the correct wiring label so I can fix my light switch on the 76 b300 maxi van [ days on it but it is getting better!
originally the switch had burnt terminals, loose wires, broken connects onto printed inst panel board so soldered a whole mess of em but the switch has a blown dimmer switch on the switch so am going to jump it I think at this point- the lights are a good 40 percent better all round so am happier and it wont fail at speed as has happened!
going to just jump power to dead inst feed line

Why don't you buy a new headlight switch?

No spare cash
Senior on a pension with other commitments
I figured it out from the wiring diagrams and testing with my tester- jumped power to the panel circuit
works just fine and all the lights are better so am ready to go camping:)

Anybody got the wiring diagram of a 77 Tradesman B300 Maxi mini home? or info.
It's 3/4 ton and has a battery in back for camp 12 volt lights that is hooked into the auto system but not sure how and if it is getting a charge
Its a good climber for these hills round here but revs its head off at 50 mph- ouch gas
fun machine and have had lots of park n camp time in it
dog loves it and since I took the woodstove out the wife is happy- ha ha

I'll scan the diagram from my 77 service manual and post here.
BTW, we do have a van section you can post question in as well. Come on in the water's fine. :)
