Hey all,
Brand new here.
I got an OBDC of 33. I think its 33 anyway. How do I know what that means? I can't figure out how to search this on google....so here I am!
I'm a DJ. not a mechanic. God help you.....
Thanks!
Oh, I forgot....I also have a 92 dodge dakota with 240,000 miles! Just put a new paint job on it as of 6 months ago! My doghouse is very warm thank you.....

Both questions can be answered in the Hayes Auto Repair Manual #30065 for Dodge Ram Vans. ;)
As for the OBD code of 33 ... Did you say it was a 1997 in your post or is the van really a 1987? For an OBD "Check Engine" flash code light of 33 the problem is A/C clutch Relay Circuit. There is an open or short in the circuit. Pg 6-27.

As for the fuses and relays under the hood next to the battery ... your very best bet is to find a Dodge Ram Van or Truck with the same year in a bone-yard and buy the plastic cover for the box. If the cover is missing and it gets wet, you'll have more problems than wrong fuse types in wrong places.
Both of my Dodge Ram Vans are 2000-B1500 V6 and 2001-B2500 V8.
Here's a look at the inside cover of the 2000-B1500 V6:
