Hi guys when driving there is a whine it is load and if i let off the gas it dies down? some one told me the flywheel may be warped? any thoughts thanks! :IDEA: :IDEA: its a 2002 b-150 starcraft conversion 318 i tow a 26 forestriver bhss i have 3:93 rear end

Hmmm I don't think it's a warped flexplate. If it was you would have one hell of a vibration.
A whine can come from aggressive tire tread, exessive lash in the rear-end gears, perhaps an axle or pinion bearing. Those are my guesses.

ME TOO!!! its not the rear end its under the hood or the trans. take the front right wheel off and you can here it real good. i havent had any luck with mine.

I was just thinking that a bad front wheel bearing may cause a whine too. But generally a bad front bearing will give a rumble or grinding noise.

it whines when i press the gas and stops when i let off? it must be the rear end.? ;)

It could be exessive lash in the rear end gears that is causing the whine.
