this is some general info on what came on the 79 - 80 Snow Plow Package

the code was YC6

it included

Power Angling Blade

Power lift with 7 way control valve

and it MUST have the following equipment:

YW2 - GVW Package - 4800# - 7200#

HE4 - 60 amp Alternator

NE2 - Snow Plow work lights

HFC- 70 Amp Battery
or
HF5- 85 amp Battery

HA8 - Increased Cooling

the code for 1979 ONLY was YC8

the code for 1980 ONLY was YC9 and they both included the above info

hey was this the "SNO-COMMANDER" my grandpa has one, can't find much info on them.

This is some general info on the Sno Commmander Trail Duster package for 1978 ONLY

the code is YC6

It included:

Power Angling Blade

Power lift and 7 way control valve (Requires GVW code YW2)

minimum 63 ampere alternator

70 ampere Battery

came with 225 / 318 / 360 engines

Plow lights

Increased cooling

AW100 ONLY

I see what I can track down, but I don't have access to VIN numbers ...

and because there are "bad guys" out there I edited your post so you VIN number is not available to the rest of the general public, but I wrote it down so I could see if I could track down any other info
