Hub diameter for 1979 w200?

Any one know what that might be?

I just found a set of Hummer H2 17" wheels for cheap. They are 8 lug and will fit the lug pattern but the hole for the hubs are too small.
I need to have them opened up to fit.
So thats why i need to know the hub diameter for a 1979 w200.

I don't have the truck here yet or i'd measure them myself.

If the 79 is full time 4wd there are no hubs sticking out from the rotor.
