Need help disarm alarm 99 G. caravan

I need help, I just replaced battery on my G caravan sport 1999, since than its alarm goes on parking lights are blinking,( do not have remote), can not start van, please help to disarm alarm system.

Key in driver side door.

ok follow this to a tee put the drivers window down disconnect battery put key i ignition and turn it all the way forward just before crank and now reconnect the battery turn ignition off and everything should be ok the reson for this is the starter lock out engages when the batt is disconnected to pevent the car from being stolen I installed hundreds of those systens into mopars this will fix the problem
