need help for wiring

Ok short of going to the my mechanic, does anybody know what wire goes to the headlights and brakelights, my problem is the fuse box was sitting on the metal piece below the steering collumn and the metal touched it and it blew out my headlights and my other lights as well. Any one know how I can fix it, I am in between paydays and don't have enough to go to the mechanic to have it fixed. The area of the fusebox that controls lighting is dead. :help:

Probably a blown fusible link on the inner drivers fender?
