caravan starting hard

I have a 1991 dodge caravan and my dad has a 1994 caravan. They both turn over for about 30 seconds before they will fire. We put new fuel regulators on and new gas filters still the problem is there. any ideas out there?

I think you need to do a fuel system leak down tests; I suspect you are losing fuel pressure when the vehicle sits idle
