recently swaped my 82 slant 6 for a 360 from a 76 with a 2bbl holley, I need to find a vacuum diagram online, the new carb has a bowl vent.

I'd just leave it open. Normally it's run to the charcoal canister.

Do you have to get this rig 'right' for emissions testing or something? If not, Speed is right, don't worry about the bowl vent being hooked up. But you might want to put a vacuum cap on it, just to make sure it's sealed off...
