Ideal Superchip Settings???

I'm almost positive that this has been discussed before however spending my day searching and reading all the forums has begun to take its toll. So here is my question.

What are the ideal settings for the Super chip?

I have a 2006 R/T with Borla Exhaust, and Mopar CAI. I'm currently using the Super chip Pref. setting that I assumed is the preferred setting from Super chip. Has someone done any major testing and tweaking to really find what the best setup is?

I selected the High Performance option which requires 93-or-plus octane.

She goes like a bat outta hell now.
