I would not put the 6.1L headers on the 5.7L. They will bolt up but due to the different head designs the scavenging effect is lost in the vortex created by the difference between head exhaust holes and the header holes. In turn, making you lose horse power and torque.

I have a set of 5.7 L hemi headers from JBA. Ceramic coated /stainless steel. Still in the box. Just sold my 5.7 and got an srt8. Interested? $500 brturner74 yahoo

I had 4 sets of 6.1 headdars/manifolds about a year ago because there flat out awsome but I sent a set to Uniball since he had his headdars off to see if they would work on a truck. I wasn't worried about the mismatch because I have been putting 6.1 heads on many of these and was mainly looking at the 6.1 head application. They will fit the passanger side but the driver side runs into the stearing gearing on the truck bigtime.
