06ROAD& RACK

I am just trying to find out if anybody is having the same problem I am. I have a 06 road and track that I bought in Feb 06 it has 3300 miles currently. I travel allot and it sits in the garage for extended periods of time. I was gone from the end of APRIL till late MAY without it being started, when i returned home I was anxious to drive but it wouldn't start so I attempted to JUMP start with my wifes 05 Hemi Durango and it still wouldn't start. I ended up using a trickle charger for a couple of hours and it started write up with no problems until last week. Last week I drove it on Friday for the day and let it set another week, when I got in it this Saturday it was dead again, I then attempted to Jump again and no luck, back to the trickle charger and it started write up 1 1/2 hours lately. I took it to the DEALER this morning and they load tested the battery and said it was fine. Has anyone else seen this problem, I am positive no lights are left in the interior. They said since I have GPS/ NAV and it is always powered that this could be doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The NAV/GPS system should not use that much power
its on a sleep mode. The charging system is working
properly. The Battery might have a bad cell.

next time you are going to be gone for some time, try and disconnect, so that the nav unit does not drain it (according to the dealer) the battery and see what happens. if it is dead then some thing wrong with it.
