:help: OK so I have this 98 3.0L and the oil goes away very quickly. There are no spots on the driveway. So where is this oil going and how should I fix it. Also this same car makes a ticking noise all the time. How can I fix this?

Hey I may know the answer to this one... My understanding is the 3.0 engine had a big problem with valve guides, had the wifes 93 3.0 fixed at about 90,000 by the dealer. It's using oil again at 160,000 but only about 1/2 quart between changes. Before the fix it was using over a quart between changes..

Well this is using at least 5 quarts between changes if I didn't check the oil everyweek and top it off it would be empty like after a month or two.
