Have two Caravans, the 94 3.3 is getting real tired at 215,000. Running hot and main knocking, had the trans rebuilt at about 190,000. The 93 3.0 has 160,000, and trans is starting to act up. Wondering if the 3.3 trans will fit the 3.0 engine??

Yes it will the 3.0L will mate up with both 3 speed and 4 speed.

Thanks for the info, thinking of pulling the trans out of the 94 and putting it in the 93. Other than the trans the only thing wrong with the 93 is a leaking freeze plug behind the bell housing which can be fixed during the transmission swap. I like the 3.3 engine better but like I said it's getting tired and the 3.0 has fewer miles...

No, absolutely won't work. I can garrentee it 100%.
The 3.3 and 3.0 have different bellhousings, you will never be able to get a 3.3 to bolt to a 3.0 or vice versa.
