I removed the a/c clutch pulley on a 94 caravan 3.0. First there's was a 10-mm bolt to remove then the first round outer piece falls right off. Then remove the pulley outer locking ring, then tap the pulley off. So far there are four parts, correct? I got a extra piece of metal that fell out about the same size as the licking ring, and twice as thick. One side looks like it broke off inside the counter weight. The a/c compressor is still hooked up in the van. The Dodge dealer said the loud noise was a bad a/c clutch bearing. The a/c worked great besides that load humming noise, when i turned the a/c on.
Thanks for any info.
