98 Grand Caravan Se A/C control lights out

I have a 98The front A/C control lights are off, they never lit since I bought it, It doesn't affect the performance of the vehicle, but I'll like to know when the A/C is on, the recirculation is off, if the tail wiper is on, etc.

Any fuse that lits this? or is it wiring harness issue?

I also have this problem.. the check engine lights from time to time, I get the on/off code "12", but that's the battery being disconnected recently, since I bought it (5 months) I never disconnected the battery.

I also can't get it to tell me the ODBII code with the instructions given in the forum (hold the reset button, turn on the engine but I get nothing).

This one does affect performance a bit, the second fans turns on even with the engine cold (usually turn on with the A/C or when's it's very hot outside)

And yes both A/Cs are off when I start the Van..

The light goes off several days and reappears seldomly sometimes its lit for days.
