These are 18x7.5 Kazera KZ-A, tires are Goodyear Eagle F1 225/40.

I tried a somewhat hard launch leaving from taking these pics lol and it was pretty nice... It's been a couple months since I could actually launch the car in first. I went to second slightly hard and it hooked up pretty good, didn't feel like too much spin. I didn't realize how gone my stock tires were, steering response has increased a ton, and I can actually turn through an intersection at a moderate speed without the tires squeeling lol. I've read a lot of good reviews on these tires so I look forward to pushing them some more.

Oh, and I love the look. I really like the chrome or polished whatever it is center to go with the lip.

Yeah, a lot of people go with this style rim now days so I thought of going with something different but after thinking about it for awhile I decided it just works too good with silver. Glad I went with these now, really enhances the exterior.

Looks really nice. I wouldn't have went with bigger rims, personally (SRT-4 ACR's had 16"s...) but they look nice none the less. Those tires are arguably the best street tire on the market right now, you couldnt have made a better choice. Would've gotten some myself if they werent so gosh-darn expensive (bet u paid well over $200 a peice, didnt ya?)

I don't personally find the 1" increase in rim size negative enough on performance to offset the looks. They're slightly lighter than stock, nearly exact overall diameter w/tire, and with the increased traction (which is pretty dramatic) they've helped more than they've hurt for most driving. Of course 17 or 16 would be slightly better, but I'll be getting a set of track rims and tires though anyhow for road courses, and either drag radials or slicks for the drag strip aswell.

The tires are slightly costly yeah... $192... The BFGs (same as stock) were about $165 I believe, so I figured for a little more money I might aswell get these since all I see is great reviews. I'm glad I did because so far they're just completely great. It's nice to be able to actually apply some power off the line.

Nice wheels, be very anal on what touches the wheels as far as cleaners. The barrel of the wheel (polished lip) is very easily chipped and will creat a domino effect. These are the same wheels we put on my wifes yellow SXT and after about a month one of them lost about half of the clear. I think it was something i used but it wasnt the first time I had cleaned them so I dont know. We got them at discount tire but they are a tirerack exclusive and really made the car handle better even for a slow box. I have pics in my gallery with wheels and a 2" drop. Enjoy and watch the cleaners.

I have Konig Theory's with the polished lip. Havent had any problem with clearcoat on mine. Maybe you just had a bad set? I've even got light curb damage on one (ok, two, but only noticable on one, i'm the only one who knows bout the other :D ), I filed the edge down, wet sanded it, and waxed it and it's fine. Didnt re-clear that portion and have had no problems with chipping/flaking/etc.. I did smooth the edge of the clear down quite a bit with the wet sand paper though. I also dont use anything to clean my wheels except soap and water, that might help..
