Good Day Dodge Enthusiasts,
My 97 RAM 3500 SLT Van with 140K miles is suddenly encountering oil pressure gauge failure. Now i say its just the gauge for I was driving in NYC back to VA when at sudden stops the gauge would go to red and show no oil pressure. Now its doing it all the time.
Its full of oil and is running fine. I encountered the same issue with a 95 4 cylinder Jeep a while back. I simply had to reinsert the gauge to the block that somehow came off.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Just looking to see if someone else encountered this before as well. I dont feel like throwing a rod though the hood anytime soon.
