I just noticed, I have two holes in the rear wheel well (in my '00 Ram Van)
Were wheel well liners some kind of option ???
I'll have to snap a pic, so you can see what I do ...

I've never seen any Dodge van with wheel well liners front or rear. Maybe just a couple of small splash shields in the front, but that's it.

I think I'm going to clean it up and spray some undercoating in the wells
thanks

I just had a look in my rear wheels wells, both sides, and I don't have the extra holes. Must be on the newer vans....

It's possible that were part of the stamping process...maybe something hooked into them when the steel was stamped. ????

We've got them holes on both of our 2000 & 2001 Ram Vans.
On a side note, Years back with the 1974 Plymonth Duster (Ruster), I made some DIY wheel well covers out of ABS. All you need to do is cut the shape parts out of flat stock 2mm sheets. For the well radius, just score the side that faces the metal well on the van. Next bond the pieces together using a solder-gun with ABS strips or hot-glue via a glue gun. Once together, drill the holes in the ABS well to match the holes in the body panels of the vehicle's well. The last thing needed is to caulk the ABS well to the vehicle. :)
OK, I confess, I do DIY RV repairs too. lol
