Hi, new to the list. Did a search but no luck. How hard is it to replace the rear rotors on a 1999 Stratus.
Thanks

I think it should be the same as my 01 Stratus.
Remove the wheel and then remove the 2 bolts holding the caliper in place then pull the caliper out of the way and then the rotor just comes off. You shouldn't have to remove the wheel bearing to pull the rear rotor. Just make sure you don't have the emergency brake on. Just chock the front wheels.

Great, thanks. I was kinda worried about the bearings. This is my wifes car and she usually takes it to the stealer to have work done. But I figure brakes are brakes and I've done enough brake jobs over the years. Just wanted to make sure I didn't have a sneaky surprise waiting for me. Looks like rotors and pads will set me back about $80.00
