Manual transmission questions

What kind of fluid does the manual 5-speed take, and where is the fill hole located.

I have seen some places say ATF+ 3 and others say manual tranny fluid only.

This is on a 2000 neon.

Nevermind, I found it.

The 2nd gens all got ATF+4 from the factory. Oddly, the 1st gen FSM's say to never ever put ATF fluid in the tranny. Bold letters, in fact, to get the point across. And the identical NV T-350 tranny in the PT Cruiser calls for Mopar Manual Transaxle Lubricant, with the same bold warning in their FSM... Hmmm... You can use ATF+4, but I'd make the switch to the Moapr fluid personally.
