My 2000 Neon blows fuse no. 7 and 10 whenever the key is turned to Run or Start. I've disconnected the wires from the starter solenoid and the A/C compressor but still does it. Also, if I remove the 30 starter relary from the PDC under the hood #10 fuse will not blow. This thing is killing me!
Does anyone have wiring diagrams for a 2000?

Maybe this will help...1998 neon blew fuse everytime i turned ignition on - #10 fuse. engine code read 42 - fuel pump and shutoff relay. someone said iginition switch - wasted $30. then i was told to ck wiring from fuse box, all ok, but then i started cking every wire under the hood. finally found 2 wires with a small amount of coating off - i thought, this can't be it. when i ckd wiring diagram, these 2 colored wires went to fuel pump and shutoff relay. i used electrical tape and it cranked right away! could not believe the answer was that simple! i was 1 day away from taking it to the dodge dealership and spending $$.
