here are some more... this is the wiring... you can see the huge butt connectors that i had to use one for the connection between the inline fuse and the 3 12 gauge wires...

heres a picture of the very tight fit between the crank pulley and the fan... very close, but just enough clearance... also, theres a picture of the temporary switch spot, until i get a switch panel made to match my dash.

whoa...looks like a lot of wiring. I have enough of a job patching burnt wires on my truck, let alone adding more:P:P. Looks wicked though!

Only one question, how much will you charge to come to Texas to install mine because I freakin hate wiring and you look like you know what your doing? LOL

Very nice job. Did you have to do any fab work mount the fan or did everything line up to factory holes?

i dont know if you can see in any of the pictures... but we used 3 bolts into the factory shround to mount the fan inside of it.... got like a flat top bolt... and used them... put 2 on bottom, and one on the left top.... and it holds it in place real well. (planned on putting 4 in, but somehow, we misplaced one of the bolts)

There does seem to be a power increase.. its a lot more snappier... and as far as the fuel economy... i'll let you guys know soon... i dont drive it all that much, so i dont have to fill it up often.

And as far as towing, not very often at all.

how much was the fan assmebly and shroud?

75 Power Wagon

the fan assembly can be purchased from makeitmopar.com right now for 138 + s/h... i purchased it for 138 shipped, before they had a price increase... and then i just bolted that to the stock fan shroud from my truck.

Also, I've decided to purchase a new relay, and im going to run the low speed to a 87A post on the relay... that way when the high speed is activated, the low speed will turn off... and wont burn up one of the speeds.

I have found one flaw in my wiring, and that is that when the high speed turns out... it doesnt turn the low speed off.... I've decided to pick up a new relay, with a 87A terminal... that way, the low speed wire will connect there instead of going directly to the battery feed. The relay will keep the 87A terminal (low speed) closed, until 85 is closed (the switch)... and that will activate 87 (high speed).. which will in turn, turn off the low speed.
