My daughter has a 93 caravan That has had the pass. side drive axle replaced, all the bearings in the front and breaks were done. The van makes a "rubbing" sound when making left turns, or when going over smooth bumps that make a little more weight push on the front. But when you turn right, it's like a new van.
It's like a grinding, rubbing noise vibration thing, it's weird.
Nothing is rubbing, but I was thinking that it might be an inner cv joint on the side that wasn't replaced, any suggestions?

It could be several things.
1. Calipers Installed Incorrectly
2. Rotor Not Straight Due To Improper Installation
3. No Shims On New Brake Pads
4. Sticking Caliper
5. Drive Axle "The Other Side May Very Well Be Bad Also"
6. Wheel Improperly Installed Or Bent
7. Wheel Improperly Balanced
8. Alignment
I would focus on the stuff that was worked on recently, and eliminate those areas first.
I would also look at the front sway bar bushings, the sway bar might be moving when the van turns.
If you see any seepage from the axle boots that were replaced, it's pretty normal, and should stop eventually.

My 96 Grand Voyager did kinda the same thing except on right turns. Turned out to be the sway bar end links.
