I had an accident tonight and hit a stinking Deer!!!!!!!! My new headlight was not busted but the bucket was, I lost a blinker,fender,door,grill,sidemarker and me and my buddie both got shit on in the process!!!!!! How messed up is that........
It is off to the junk yard this weekend in search of the parts, The doors with glass are like 40 bucks 25 for hood,fender and 3 bucks for headlight bucket! So If I am lucky at all I will find most of or all of my parts and get them for about 100 bucks. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
All that said I guess a paint job will be in the near future too!!!!!

thats what you have insurance for
you might have a higher deductable but they do the paint to match and use new parts
if you need the whole car painted take it to a shop you know and have them paint it all for a little extra

actually, it works with comprehensive OR full coverage. I have neither, liability is cheap. In roughly 5-6 payments with liability i will have saved enough $$ over comprehensive to pay for the entire car again (a.k.a. buy a new one), should the need arise. I have made 3 payments already. Deer suck, and so does being 17 when it comes time to pay your insurance bill....

My cousin is the Big wigg in the Paint dept at the Local Dodge Deallership and he gives me a really good break on Labor costs by doing it at home. He is awsome with paint!!!!
BTW once it's fixed my Full Coverage Ins will be put back on it!!!!!!!!! ZERO Deductible too.........Deer Suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH b4 I forget............It is kinda sick in a way but on the way to work today I seen that deer and my temper flared. His feet were layin in the road, SOoooooo I Floored it and ran over it's feet. I actually want to stop and kick it a few dozen times to relieve some stress........LOL do I need a shrink!!!!!!!!!LMAO dont answer that Rice!!!!! lol

Had too much fun today. I-95 from SC to NY in my R/T. It's funny looking at people in $40,000 Benz's when you pass them at 120+. Plus sounding good, and they try to keep up. My favorite feat today though; though it wasn't much competition, was a BMW SUV. The guy cut me off, I waited for an opening and slayed the bejesus out of him. The guy was climbing good too, but once I got to top of 4th I passed him like he was an old lady. I street raced a v6 stang in SC. Pretty close on 1st and 2nd, but it ended up leaving me mid of 3rd gear. I think I over reved 2nd. In a 1/4 I'd say it beat me by 1.5-2 seconds. It was fun though. When I loose, I curse myself for not having forced air induction.
Before I left NY a few weeks ago I raced an old Acura with turbo. This guy had a smoke pile spewing from his aftermarket muffler. But the turbo sounded good. You could hear the "swish". He left me behind. On top end I had no problem keeping up, but every time I shifted I fell back a little. By the time I got to 4th he was at least 5 car spread away from me. Also riding back today; Virginia, which I didn't even try to mess with, a Charger R/T. Came out of no where and flew by while I was doing maybe 75-80. I would have tried to keep up, but Virginia scares me. There are signs all over there saying speed is detected by aircraft and such. I wasn't going to test the waters in a state that is willing to use planes and helicoptors to enforce the traffic laws.
Well it was a fun ride, and I had lots of fun in my Neon. Putting on many many miles on her, but she is taking it. No major problems and 54,000 miles already. Well kiddies, happy racing....

Performance Plugs I put in from SC before I rode home this morning.
PS: Didn't notice much HP increase from changing the plugs, but got a little better response. I'd say maybe 2 HP max. Although the tips of the old spark plugs were grey, making me think I am running too lean. Maybe the CAI reving all the time? I think that would do it. I have to work on the fuel pump. Get more gas in the mix.

BTW magnum2point0.... theres no way you overrevved 2nd, there is a revlimiter to prevent that. trust me, you'd know if you hit it. And white plugs mean lean engine... doesnt gray mean rich/carbon???
