Yesterday's houston Chronicle had a section devoted to this concept car. It did not come right out and say it but it appears IF they build it we won't have choice of colors. Orange or nothing!! That's too bad because the return of the Camaro is definate and it will come with a selection of different colors. No orange for this old man.

If they do not offer more than one color I think they will be shooting themselves in the foot with that one. I would love a black one and have the canvas to do whatever I wanted to with the accents. If offered only in orange, not for me.

I don't think there's any way they'll only offer it in one color. What would be the reasoning? There isn't any reason I can think of that would make sense to justify one color.

Either black w/ silver stripes or blue w/ silver (or white maybe) stripes. They probably won't offer either one, but I think if I can afford the R/T when it comes out I'll be able to get a custom paint job.

Definitely the lime. I've always loved that color. Plus it's differrent. I'd throw some nice black 19's on it, a shaker hood, some 325/30/19 MT's, traction bars, and the list goes on......

Hey Guys/Gals, I got home From Mopar Nationals Sat.night. This is the first year that I actually put my Dak. in the show ( regular entry ). The new Challenger Concept we there. They had a paper petition that allowed you fill out on what options you wanted on the Challenger. Most of them were fill in the circle type deal. They were asking questions like what colors you wanted like plum crazy purple, tor red, etc. If you wanted dual exhaust on a V6, hood pins, shifter options like...pistol grip, Hurst ball shifters, etc. for manuals. T handle, etc. for auto. I can't remember all of them. Anyway, here's some pics of car that I took this past Saturday.

Mine would be Gunmetal gray (a '71 Challenger color), or black with flat black T/A-style stripes.:cool:

Can ya'll photoshop one Midnight Blue or whatever the color was on the magnum and charger. I like the blue best its just not dark enough. Dark blue is the best color ever. But if that isn't possible I'd just take a Hemi Orange. Pretty. *Drools*

Sublime green with black "carbon fiber" hood decal. Gonna swap out the rims to the Cragar 61's (the "updated" Cragar S/S style).
Black interior. Am going to wait for the convertible model, if it comes...
