hey i was just wondering if we settled if lets say a Chrysler( :D ) was able to make COTM or did we decide AGAINST IT?

Yes the contest is open to any Mopar, and that means Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge/Eagle.... even DeSoto....
The only thing I guess that's excluded is Jeep but then again, not really... we just don't have many Jeep owners here to begin with.

I had it in there but didnt want to piss anyone off. i also had all my mods listed but it was a HUGE LIST.
