Skyjacker, Superlift, Rough Country are all pretty decent from what I've heard.

My PW has a Rough Country 2" kit on it... I found that to be the most reasonabley priced of all the ones mentioned. Plus 2" is about as high as you can go and still use stock shocks. But as Ram Man says, it all depends on how high you want to go. Keep in mind, it can start to get real expensive....REAL .... expensive....
BTW, I take it you got your transfer case fixed?
"Emissions"?? What's that? ;) ;) ;)

the transfer case got put on hold since the front drive shaft isnt long enuff for the truck, we decided to fix the suspention first so we had a good mesurement for the new one. we would like the truck to stay as close to the hight it has now the problem is the current suspention is so crappy we dont know exctly how big it is. can any one tell me how to find out. ie meusre from point a to b or something? we do want the truck tall enuff to fit 38 inch tires. i know it has 3 inch blocks on the body and 3 inch blocks in the back, but it also has a ton of add a leafs in the back also. lol there is no curve to them tho. does anyone know the stock mesurement from axle to fender? I was thinking if i had that i might be able to get a good idea of what i am looking at. as always any help is welcome and thanks again :)

38's??? Good Lord, I hope you don't plan on driving that at freeway speeds.. :YO:
My suggestion, for what it's worth.... You know you already have a 3" body lift.... Current suspension is shot. If you have an 'off-road' place in town, tell them what you've got, what you want to do, and what they would recomend for new springs, shocks, bushings, blocks, etc for everything to work.
You would think that if these guys do this for a living they should have a very good idea what you need. (Talk to the owner or manager or someone with some experiance.... Don't get the kid behind the counter that was just fired from McDonalds.. ;) )
There are even some of the suspension companies on the net where you can email questions or call them up.
Keep in mind if you go really, really tall, which you'll probably have to do for those big tires, you'll probably have to do wheel-well mods, may have to customize driveshafts, will probably be eating u-joints on a regular basis, will probably have to install a serious steering stabilizer and even then, so far as the truck 'handling'.... you can kinda' throw that out the window.
And make sure you get lots of OT at work to pay for it ;)

well from what the 4x4 shop is telling me they think it has over 10inchs of lift but they arnt sure becouse of the way the old suspention was put on. so they are not sure if a real kit of 8 inchs will raise or lower the truck. the custome drive shafts will be ordered after we know exactly how long they have to be. on a side note we are not set on 38s we will have to see after the suspention is on the truck.
